Ho appena letto di una spedizione in Antartide per perforare due miglia di ghiacchio nel lago Lake Ellsworth.

Si cercano sia informazioni sulla formazione del lago, sia nuovi viventi.

Sarebbero organismi tagliati fuori dai normali meccanismi dell'evoluzione da un milione di anni e ovviamente adattatisi alle temperature estremamente fredde del lago.
